Who we are

tscmaudit.com is operated by TSCM Partners (tscmpartner.com). This site exists to explain TSCM audit services and to let you contact us about an engagement. TSCM Partners is the data controller for personal data collected through this site.

What we collect and why

  • Contact form data. When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, optional organisation, region, and the message you write. We use this solely to respond to your inquiry and scope a potential engagement. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries you initiate, and pre-contractual steps taken at your request. Form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms, which processes the submission as our processor.
  • Analytics data. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location at city level, device type). IP addresses are not logged or stored by Google Analytics 4. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating and improving the site.

Confidentiality of inquiries

Given the nature of our work, inquiries are treated as confidential. They are visible only to the TSCM Partners engagement team, are not shared with third parties except the processors named above, and are never used for marketing lists.

Retention

Inquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle your matter and for a reasonable period afterwards for record keeping, after which it is deleted. Analytics data is retained according to the Google Analytics retention setting we configure (14 months).

Your rights

Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via the contact form on this site or through tscmpartner.com.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Google Analytics may use first-party identifiers to distinguish visits; these are not used for advertising and are not shared across sites.

Changes

We will update this policy if our data practices change, and the date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision.
